Oh Shit. depicts the precise moment when this snowman realizes that in this life, she/he is a snow cone, about to be devoured. The pink that gradually fades to white is the artificial raspberry flavoring seeping through shaved ice. In this context I think of snowmen as seasonal, temporary citizens of the planet. I have shortened this snowman’s lifespan to less than ten minutes. |
