This piece depicts the sky moments before a sunshower. Waiting rainbows prepare themselves for their appearance by calibrating their colors against SMPTE color bars. The suggestion is that the atmosphere is becoming so adulterated that even the rainbows aren’t able to work properly without technological assistance. |
